Can I return an item?

Customer satisfaction is really important to us, so if for any reason you’d like to return an item, that’s no problem. You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. However, please note:

  • They must be in their original condition
  • They must be unused and in their original packaging

Returns received after 30 days of receipt of your shipment will not be refunded. Damaged returns cannot be accepted (except in the case of damaged or faulty goods).

How do I return an item?

Please post your item back to our returns address and retain proof of postage.

The delivery cost of returned goods is the customer’s responsibility (except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods). The original postage costs will not to be refunded. 

How soon will I get my refund?

We will notify you by email once your return is received. Providing your returned item(s) complies with our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

What if an item is incorrect, damaged or missing from my order?

Please accept our sincere apologies if your order is incorrect, damaged or items are missing. We take great care when processing and packaging your order, but if we make a mistake we will endeavour to correct this as quickly as possible.

Please notify us within 5 days of receiving delivery. Please keep all items delivered and provide as much detail as possible. Please take pictures of the damaged items and send these to us at customerservices@pollyspartypieces.co.uk.
